Course content


  • Assess the situation in an emergency


  • Administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious (including seizure)


  • Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation


  • Administer first aid to a casualty who is wounded and bleeding


  • Administer first aid to a casualty who is suffering from shock


  • Heart attacks


  • AED and operation


  • Head injuries

The delegate on the course will receive

  • Handout card


  • Certification upon successful completion of the course

This course can be provided as an adjunct to CPR if you already have a first aid qualification.
